Luis J. Haddock, M.D. (born February 17, 1982) is a former professional tennis player from Puerto Rico. He attended Colegio Católico Notre Dame high school. He lives in his hometown of Caguas and played for the University of Notre Dame. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico medical school and was an ophthalmology resident at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, where he trained with Avnish A. Deobhakta, MD, D. Wilkin Parke III, MD, and Roger A. Sanislo, MD.〔http://med.stanford.edu/profiles/Steven_Sanislo〕 In the summer of 2012, he began a vitreoretinal fellowship at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA under his senior fellows David Kim, MD (his Chief Retina Fellow), Anthony Daniels MD, MSci, and Dimitra Skondra, MD.
